Le président de l’Assemblée législative de Transition, Dr Ousmane Bougouma, a présidé ce vendredi 14 avril 2023, une séance plénière. La plénière a été consacrée à l’examen et à l’adoption du projet de loi portant autorisation de ratification de la Garantie souveraine au profit de International Business Bank (IB Bank) Burkina, en contrepartie de sa garantie bancaire dans le cadre du contrat d’acquisition de matériel de défense et de sécurité entre le Gouvernement du Burkina Faso et la société Company Raykar Makina Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi. D’un montant global de 252 795 735 523 FCFA, l’octroi de cette garantie a pour objectif la couverture de l’opération d’acquisition de matériel de défense et de sécurité au profit des Forces armées nationales, pour une durée de douze mois à compter de sa signature. Ce matériel est composé essentiellement de drônes de surveillance et d’attaque avec leurs équipements et munitions ainsi que la maintenance. A l’issue du débat général, les députés ont adopté à l’unanimité le présent projet de loi.
