La Direction de Police de la Salubrité et de la Tranquillité Urbaine (DPSTU) a effectué ce Lundi 17 Avril 2023 une mission de sensibilisation dans les boucheries de vente de « porc au four ».
En effet, cette mission de contrôle et de sensibilisation s’inscrit dans le cadre du contrôle de l’hygiène et de la Salubrité dans les boucheries.
Il s’agit d’un contrôle de vérification du lieu d’abattage des porcs et aussi de la détention du carnet de désinfection et de santé pour les travailleurs.
Pour des questions de santé publique, la police Municipale invite les bouchers au respect des règles d’hygiène dans la commercialisation de cet aliment, tant prisé par les ouaga-villois.
