La Direction de Police de la Salubritรฉ et de la Tranquillitรฉ Urbaine (DPSTU) a effectuรฉ ce Lundi 17 Avril 2023 une mission de sensibilisation dans les boucheries de vente de ยซย porc au fourย ยป.
En effet, cette mission de contrรดle et de sensibilisation s’inscrit dans le cadre du contrรดle de l’hygiรจne et de la Salubritรฉ dans les boucheries.
Il s’agit d’un contrรดle de vรฉrification du lieu d’abattage des porcs et aussi de la dรฉtention du carnet de dรฉsinfection et de santรฉ pour les travailleurs.
Pour des questions de santรฉ publique, la police Municipale invite les bouchers au respect des rรจgles d’hygiรจne dans la commercialisation de cet aliment, tant prisรฉ par les ouaga-villois.
